NCIOPL Fellows Program Class Rosters

IOPL has been teaching future leaders for decades. The program began in 1974 by Dr. Walter DeVries in Wilmington, NC. It re-emerged in 1987, and began to offer two classes each year, beginning in 1988. IOPL has over 1,100 graduates representing more than 82 North Carolina counties. The Spring 2017 Class is the 56th graduating class of Fellows.
