Center for Creative Leadership

Our journey in the Fellows Program begins with understanding and applying strategy/strategic leadership to elections and policy making, which begins with the use of personality assessment tools and their application to help us understand ourselves and each other. As we will explore in the weeks ahead, effective electoral strategy is grounded in the relationships you build with people, including voters and members of your campaign team.

Ralph Mitchell, Chairman of the Board and co-founder of Nehemiah-The Leadership Company and former executive coach at the Center for Creative Leadership, has worked with more than 800 IOPL Fellows and will lead the class through a series of exercises relating to personal attributes, values and leadership qualities.
